Nettle fibers are extracted from the stalks of the nettle plant, which has been used for centuries as a sustainable and eco-friendly raw material. The process involves carefully harvesting the nettle stalks, retting (a fermentation process to soften the fibers), and then extracting the fibers through manual methods.
